I met Lars Rokkjær at a leadership training in 2000. This training triggered an insight, on a deep level, into my ability to understand and translate peoples “Musical” communication. This led to an awareness of how to approach their inner tone with attentive awareness, in such a way as to open for trust and rapport.
Through this insight I have now cultivated my ability within the framework of the ABC ( Attention Based Communication) culture, and its related branches Communicative Leadership (CL)and Communicative Pedagogic, (CP) I now offer my services as:
Group mediator.
Group training in ABC methods.
Leadership training in Attention based principles or CL.
Management changes, new dynamics using ABC culture based principals.
Leader coaching, and mentor within the guidelines of this framework.
Training in CP changing dynamics of teaching and communication within schools and institutions.

My empathic sensitivity has always been of great value in the work I have been part of, due to the fact that this work has had to do with people and tone. My ability to be prestige less in my work, coupled with a deep calm and honest integrity creates a positive, trusting attention based atmosphere.
This sensitivity to tone, not only in music, but also in people, coupled with my honest curiosity and interest creates a solid and unshakeable contact. This allows for a space in which I can experienced a deep sense of trust and calm together with those people to whom I listen and who, therefore, listen to me.
My life has always been about music, and from a very early age to the tone and vibration in the room and in people. The family into which I was born gave me the support and freedom necessary to develop my passion. Their support and warm guidance led to studies in St Petri musikgymnasium and Musikhøjskole in Malmø, and in 1979 ending as a musicpedagog,leader och principal for musik- och kulturskolan and head of the Kulturpedagogiska unit in Simrishamn, and to a carer in music with my brother.
