Equilibrio is often invited into a conflict situation when the local powers have given up. This has given us the opportunity to develop our competencies under very difficult circumstances.
Why are we successful? 
We believe that one of the reasons is that we never look for guilt.

Our goal is to find solutions that does not create the experience in the involved of being on a looser.
By getting the involved to listen to one another and follow the method we call the empathic mirroring dialogue, we can even in complicated conflict situations lead the involved to recognise that they are only human.
