I have been involved from the start. It's been an exciting and fulfilling trip. I was honored to travel to Denmark twice. I brought home with me many ideas of what reflection is. For me, refection was a good way to move forward with my thoughts and to understand and accept others' thoughts.

It was in 1998 when I started at Romfartuna School, at the reopening of the school after extensive renovations. My first contact with refection was a small chock, if I should use a strong word. I speculated on why we discussed conflicts at our meetings.

Thoughts on how to lead a discourse with adults or children
I started working in Skultuna Children and Youth by chance. My children’s childminder rang me up one day and asked if I could imagine myself starting as a childminder in her group. "She is crazy," I thought, as I had never before thought about working with children.
